• File –>Save As –> AVI Movie
• Uncheck the box that says use default compression
• Select uncompressed from dropdown menu
• Save
• Open with Quicktime Pro in Windows
• File –> Export –> Quicktime movie

Once you have it as a .mov file, you should be able to view it in both Windows and Mac operating systems.
