For Biochemistry DNA sequencing facility 8pmoles are needed

Stock Oligo is at 100um

1. Mix 8ul with 92ul water to get 8uM, aliquot this
2. Mix 1 ul above with 999ul water to get 8000pM, aliquot this
3. Mix 1 ul above with 999ul water to get 8pM, aliquot this

For PCR reaction, a 10 uM working concentration is used

Stock Oligo is a t 100uM

1. Dilute stock 1:10 to get 10uM – 10ul plus 90 ul water
2. use 1 ul above in a 20 ul PCR reaction
