After Every Cycle

• Run 2 column volumes of 1M NaCl Elution Buffer through
• Run 3 column volumes of Running Buffer through to re-equilibrate

After Every 10 Cycles

• Run one half column volume of 2M NaCl through in 10-15 minutes
• Run one column volume of water
• Run 1M NaOH for 1-2 hours
• Run one column volume of water
• Run 4 bed volumes of 70% Ethanol or 3% Isopropanol (1 hour)
• Run one column volume water
• Run 3 column volumes of Running Buffer to re-equilibrate
